This may involve disclosure of your credit card details by CWT to third parties including but not limited to wholesalers, airlines, hotels, car rental companies that you have entered into a transaction with through the use of this Website. By providing us your credit card details you authorise such disclosure in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We protect any personal information that we hold from misuse and loss.  We also protect it from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.  We cannot guarantee absolutely that all unauthorised access to your personal information will be prevented.

Your Access To The Information We Hold
We will provide access to your personal information upon request.  If you would like to access, correct, update or de-activate any personal information you have submitted to us, please send a request to leisure@carlsonwagonlit.com.au. We will modify or de-activate any personal information as soon as practicable after your request, unless we are required or authorised by law not to do so. Once de-activated your personal information will not be accessible, however, due to system backups to magnetic tape media, your personal information may in some circumstances remain on these tapes.

We may disclose your personal information to our other entities who will use and disclose the information only for the purpose for which it was originally collected.  We will only transfer your personal information to foreign countries with your express or implied consent.
